QbCheck – ADHD Screener: Computer-based attention, impulsivity, and activity test. Useful as part of an ADHD assessment or as an initial indicator. Includes a results summary.£150
Child ADHD Assessment Full NICE-compliant ADHD assessment, including a parent neuro-developmental interview, questionnaires, school liaison, direct observation, diagnostic formulation, and a full report.£1,100
Child Autism Assessment: Full NICE-compliant autism assessment, including ADOS 2, ADI R or 3Di, a parent interview, questionnaires, school liaison, direct observation, diagnostic formulation, and a full report.£2,500
Child Combined Autism & ADHD Assessment: Comprehensive dual assessment, including ADOS 2, ADI-R/3Di, ADHD diagnostic tools, a parent interview, school liaison, direct observation, multidisciplinary input, and a full diagnostic report covering both conditions. £ 3,500
Adult ADHD Assessment: Full NICE-aligned adult ADHD assessment, including a clinical interview, questionnaires, QbCheck (if indicated with additional fee), diagnostic formulation, and a full report.£1000
EHCP Diagnostic Report Add-On: Additional written report tailored specifically for EHCP applications, detailing needs, functional impact, and recommended provisions.£250
School Observations: 2-hour in-school observation and 45-minute consultation with class teacher/ SENCO- £300.00. This will also incur travel time and expenses, which are priced at £50.00 per hour. (Total cost for assessment will be agreed with you ahead of the assessment taking place).

All assessments are NICE‑compliant and multi‑disciplinary, with co‑working from HCPC‑registered Clinical Psychologists and Occupational Therapists where clinically indicated.

All reports are accepted by schools, local authority SEN departments, and NHS clinicians.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the assessment or the level of multi‑disciplinary input required. If any additional work becomes necessary, this will always be discussed with you first and confirmed in writing before it takes place. We believe in complete transparency, so you will never encounter unexpected costs.
These prices are indicative for assessments conducted in West London at our Surbiton Clinic; if you agree with Will for a home visit assessment to take place then additional travel and accomodation costs will be applied which you will be notified following initial consultation with Will.
